利用光散射理论在线检测表面粗糙度
In-process Measuring Surface Roughness by Using Light Scattering Theory
【摘要】 提出以光散射理论为基础,利用光学技术实现表面粗糙度的在线测量。该测量系统可对范围在0.02~0.16内的表面粗糙度实现非接触无损检测。
【Abstract】 An in-process measuring of using optical technology based on light scattering theory is presented. The system can realize non-contact and nondestructive measure surface roughness range from 0.02 to 0.16.
