【Abstract】 This paper puts forward the optimal evaluation study on the container handling technical projects based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).According to AHP,the complicated problems are decompounded into some compositive elements which are formed an orderly structure by a dominating relationship.Then,the importance of the elements among the hierarchies is ascertained.Finally,the synthesizing value of the elements is obtained.更多还原
