【摘要】 榆林市位于我国农牧交错区,生态环境脆弱,又是能源富集区。建国以来一直是国家土地整理工作的重点地区。本文利用多年统计资料分析了土地整理工作取得的成效和随着经济发展出现的新问题。结果表明榆林市生态环境逐步好转,农业生产能力逐步提高,但是仍然属于落后地区,"三农问题"比较突出。土地整理中新出现的突出问题包括人口的迁移、环境污染、利益矛盾等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yulin district is located in the northern Shaanxi province,and is one of the areas of the most serious soil erosion in the world.After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China the desertification intensity declined because of rehabilitation measures.Based on the investigated data of last 50 years the achievements and the new problems of land consolidation in Yulin district were discussed.Results showed that the environment improved and the yield of grain increased greatly in recent 50 years.But this area still belongs to the poor region.The main problems presented include population migration,environment pollution and interest conflict.更多还原
