【摘要】 技术创新因素在中小企业的发展中起着不可低估的作用。当前我国经济政策环境的变化不利于中小企业发展,不规范的竞争秩序也使中小企业处境艰难。要改变这种现状,需要国家管理者从实际出发,结合西部中小企业的特点和实际,制定出促进西部中小企业技术创新的经济政策,为其创造公平竞争的宏观经济环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation plays an important role in the development of small and Mediumsized Enterprises. Currently, the west SMEs cannot develop rapidly and healthily because of the disadvantageous economic environment. The government should create a fair macro environment with regard to the features and real conditions of SMEs in order to make new economic policies to promote the technological innovation of the west SMEs.更多还原
