【摘要】 我国的高等教育蓬勃发展,高等教育规模迅速扩大,为国家发展作出了较大贡献。但在发展过程中,亦出现了不和谐因素,部分高职高专培养出来的学生,不能适应社会发展需要,就业困难。本文从培养学生的实践能力、就业能力、创新能力等角度出发,提出了在高职高专人才培养中专业、课程、实习实训方面等的改革措施,以期能抛砖引玉,促进我国高职高专教育持续健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the vigorous development of the higher education in China,its scale has expanded rapidly.And the higher education has contributed a lot to the development of our country.However,during the process of the development some disharmony factors have appeared.Some higher vocational-technical colleges’ students can’t meet the need of the development of our society and have difficulties to find their jobs.From the perspective of building the capacities of the students!in practice,employment and innovation,this thesis proposes some reform measures on specialty,curricula and internship training for the higher vocational-technical colleges when they cultivate talents.And it also hopes more and better reform measures would be proposed to make the vocational-technical colleges develop in a sustainable and healthy way.更多还原
