【摘要】 本文主要研究了几种不同填料在二次新闻纸浆中与固定添加量的三元助留助滤系统的协同作用,系统地分析和比较添加填料后的留着情况以及其对成纸质量的影响,结果显示:三元助留助滤系统在其助剂用量固定:助剂A为0.3 kg/t纸,助剂B为0.2 kg/t纸,助剂C为0.8 kg/t纸(成本控制在20元/t纸)与轻质碳酸钙在添加量为1.0%-1.5%时,其使用的效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synergistic effect of several kinds of filler with fixed dosage of three components retention aids used in ONP deinked pulp was studied.The filler retentions and effects on quality of newsprint were analysed and compared.The best results were obtained as the dosage of three components retention aids was fixed at A 0.3 kg/t,B 0.2 kg/t and C 0.8 kg/t(cost control in RMB 20 yuan/t) and charge of PCC was 1.0%-1.5%.更多还原
