水性油墨印刷新闻纸碎浆工艺的探讨

【摘要】 对含30%水性油墨印刷新闻纸的ONP碎浆工艺进行了研究。碎浆效果的评价采用如下方法:将混合ONP碎解后,所得浆料立刻进行超级洗涤处理,然后测量超级洗涤处理后浆料的白度和ER IC,用它们来衡量油墨剥离程度与不可逆再沉积的总体效果。研究结果表明:在中性条件下,碎浆效果比较理想;碎浆前添加表面活性剂吐温-80或吐温-20能显著改善碎浆效果,超级洗涤处理后浆料的白度能够达到近56%ISO。

【Abstract】 The conditions of repulping for ONP containing thirty percent water-based ink printed newspaper were studied.After repulping,the pulp experienced hyper-washed treatment immediately.Then,the brightness and effective residual ink concentration(ERIC) of the pulp were measured and were used to evaluate the effect of repulping.The influence of temperature,pH value,repulping time and pulp consistency on the effect of repulping was studied respectively.The results indicated that the effect of repulping is sensitive to repulping time and pulp consistency while insensitive to temperature and pH value.When the commercial surfactant of tween-80 or tween-20 was added to ONP before repulping,the effect of repulping can be improved remarkably,and the brightness of the pulp after hyper-washed treatment almost reached to 56% ISO.
