【摘要】 目的评价瘢痕疙瘩术后放射治疗的最佳有效时机。方法采用Meta分析方法,对4篇公开发表且符合入选标准的文献作分析,按术后1~3d放疗组与术后4~7d放疗组进行统计。结果术后1~3d放疗组的瘢痕疙瘩患者有确切疗效,同术后4~7d放疗组比较,相对危险度0.0247~0.3103<1。结论放射治疗对于减少瘢痕疙瘩切除术后的复发疗效肯定,且宜早期进行放疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the best postoperative radiotherapy time of keloids.Methods Four reports published in Chinese journal were collected and analyzed by Meta analysis.The patients were divided into 1～3 day postoperative radiotherapy group and 4～7 day postoperative radiotherapy group.Results Compared with 4～7day postoperative radiotherapy group,relative risk(RR) was less in 1～3day postoperative radiotherapy group.Conclusion Radiotherapy can effectively decrease the recurrence of postoperative keloids,particularly when conducted on the early stage.更多还原
