【摘要】 目的建立丹心舒胶囊中三七和丹参有效成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定本品中三七中人参皂苷Rg₁、人参皂苷Rb₁、三七皂苷R₁及丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果人参皂苷Rg₁、人参皂苷Rb₁、三七皂苷R₁线性范围分别依次为0.924～9.24μg、0.736～7.36μg、0.21～2.10μg;平均回收率分别为100.19%、100.55%、100.21%,RSD分别为1.67%、1.29%、1.55%;丹参酮ⅡA线性范围为0.04～0.40μg,平均回收率为100.79%,RSD为1.40%。结论本方法简便可靠,结果稳定,可用于丹心舒胶囊中三七和丹参的有效成分的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the active compounds of Panax notoginseng and Salviae miltiorrhizae in Danxinshu capsules.Methods HPLC was used to analyze the contents of ginsenoside Rg₁ and Rb₁,notoginsenoside R₁ and tanshinoneⅡA in Danxinshu capsules. Results The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg₁,ginsenoside Rb₁,notoginsenoside R₁ and tanshinoneⅡA were 0.924～9.24,0.736～7.36,0.21～2.10 and 0.04～0.40μg with average recoveries of 100.19% （RSD=1.67%）,100.55% （RSD=1.29%）, 100.21% （RSD=1.55%） and 100.79% （RSD=1.40%）,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and stable, which could be used for the quality control of Danxinshu capsules.更多还原
