新型可加工陶瓷真空中冲击闪络特性的研究

【摘要】 为了克服氧化铝陶瓷存在加工难度及脆性大等缺点,研制成功了一种新型低熔点可加工微晶玻璃陶瓷,它具有良好的力学、热学和可加工性能,但需进一步了解其电气性能。因此,测量了这种新型陶瓷的介电特性;考察了其在真空中脉冲电压下的沿面耐电特性;对比分析了氧化铝陶瓷和可加工陶瓷的表面耐电性能及不同添加剂成分与不同比例的添加剂对可加工陶瓷表面耐电性能的影响。结果发现,这种可加工陶瓷符合电工陶瓷的标准,其表面耐电性能优于氧化铝陶瓷,可替代现有的陶瓷材料,并获得了较好的配方设计。

【Abstract】 It is very important to find a new material suitable for vacuum insulation,which not only behaves as good insulation performance as traditional ceramics but also overcomes their disadvantages.Recently a novel low-melting-temperature machinable glass ceramic is invented,which behaves good mechanical,thermal and machinable performances,but its electrical insulation strength is still unknown.In comparison with traditional alumina ceramic,the dielectric characteristics of the new material are measured,and its surface flashover characteristics are studied under pulsed voltage in vacuum.It is found that,the new material satisfies the requirements of electrical porcelain,and its surface insulation performance is superior to that of alumina ceramic,and it can replace the current ceramic material.Furthermore,the influences of different additives and its proportional percentage on the surface insulation performance of the material are analyzed,and a good proportion design is acquired.
