高压静电场对饲用植酸酶活性影响的试验研究

【摘要】 为研究高压静电场对饲用植酸酶活性影响,利用自制的高压静电实验装置试验研究了4种不同的植酸酶,发现饲料用植酸酶的酶活经线板电极静电场处理后与未处理过的酶相比活性变化差异显著(P<0.01)。有些植酸酶对高压静电非常敏感,酶活呈减小趋势,最低仅为原活性的26.94%;有些植酸酶在一些电场和一定的处理时间条件下可以增加或降低一定的活性,最高可达原活性的107.21%、112.4%、104.52%,最低至85.62%、93.57%、99.25%。经过分析初步认为,静电场对饲料用植酸酶的酶活有直接的影响,其作用效果可能与高压静电场处理条件、植酸酶种类、植酸酶分子结构和酶分子比活力等因素有关。

【Abstract】 An in vitro trial was performed in order to study the activity of phytase in various high voltage electrostatic fields at normal circumstances.In the experiments,four different commercial products were processed by high voltage electrostatic field which came form different enterprises located at home or aboard.The experimental results show that all activities of phytase increases or decreases significantly after they were processed by high voltage electrostatic field(p<0.01),and most activity of phytase processed by the some electric field can increase to 107.21%,112.4%,104.52% and sometimes decrease to 85.62% 93.57%,99.25%,but some lose their activity dramatically and decrease to 26.94% by unknown specific mechanism of action.Furthermore the discharge electrode shape to be figured out can affect the activity of phytase from the experimental data curve and that would be more helpful in producing feeding stuff.The source of phytase and structure of molecule are related with change in the activity of phytase.
