【摘要】 目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影影像后处理对头影侧位标志点清晰度的影响及其意义。方法分析41幅头影侧位定位直接数字化X线摄影(DR)影像19个定点的清晰率,然后将这41幅DR图像经适当的影像后处理,分析处理后19个定点的清晰率,比较处理前后19个定点清晰率的变化。结果41幅头影侧位定位影像经影像后处理,清晰可辨的标志点总数比处理前明显增加,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论头影侧位定位DR影像经影像后处理,可提高标志点的清晰度。提倡直接在显示屏上阅片、定点,以充分利用DR图像的后处理功能,提高定点、诊断的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the definition and the significance of after-finishing screenage for direct digital X-radiology in identification of cephalometric landmarks.Methods Ninteen landmarks were identified on the no disposal cephalometric direct X-radiology of 41 patients,and then were identified again on after-finishing screenage.The definition were compared.Results The definition of 19 landmarks of after-finishing screenage is clearer than that of the no disposal cephalometric direct X-radiology.Conclusion The definition of cephalometric landmarks can be improved by suitable direct digital X-radiology.更多还原
