POM/COPA/TK复合材料研究
Study on POM/COPR/TH composites
【摘要】 采用两种方法制备了聚甲醛/共聚酰胺/钛酸钾晶须(POM/COPA/TK)复合材料,研究了复合材料的热稳定性、力学性能及加工方法对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:TK的加入提高了POM的热稳定性:TK的用量对POM/COPA/TK复合材料力学性能的影响较大;加工方法的不同对复合材料的力学性能也有很大影响,采用"挤-辊-压"法制得的复合材料的力学性能明显好于"辊-压"法。
【Abstract】 Polyoxymethylene/co-polyamide/titanate whiskers(POM/COPA)composites were prepared by two methods.Thermal stability,mechanical properties and the effect of processing methods on mechanical properties of composites were studied.The results showed that the addition of TK enhanced the thermal stability of POM.TK contents have a great effect on mechanical properties of POM/COPA/TK composites.The different processing methods also have a great effect on mechanical properties of composites.The mechanical properties of composites prepared by"extrusion-roller-press"were better than"roller-press".
