【Abstract】 Among all the four modulating modes currently available for SPR sensors,phase modulation can get highest sensitivity and has been widely used in the biochemical detection.At present,several methods including heterodyne interferometry,spatial interferometry,shear interferometry,Mach-Zehnder interferometry and ellipsometry have been developed for SPR phase detection.This paper introduces the principles,setups,properties and applications of those methods.更多还原
