一种激光器功率与腔体温度关系测试系统

【摘要】 介绍了激光器输出功率与腔体温度之间关系的测试系统。该系统通过控温电源改变致冷器的工作电流,即改变激光器腔体内温度,并通过计算机采集激光器功率值与热敏电阻阻值,热敏电阻阻值转换为温度值,同时对激光器功率与腔体温度关系进行分析,找出激光器的最佳工作点。该系统已应用到激光器的生产中,可以多台激光器同时检测,提高激光器的调试速度,即提高生产效率。

【Abstract】 A testing system is designed for investigating the dependence of the laser output power on the temperature values of the cavity.The temperature of the cavity is controlled by the electronic current supplied by the power supplier. At the same time,the output power versus the resistance value of the temperature sensor can be obtained by the computer data collecting system and the resistance value is transformed to temperature value of the cavity.The dependence of the output power varied with the cavity temperature is analyzed,the optimized working temperature of the laser system is found out.Meanwhile it is used to measure lasers.The system can measure many lasers at the same time,thus the debugging speed and the production efficiency are improved.
