改性沸石除磷性能的试验研究
Experiment Research of the Phosphates Removal Capacity by the Property-changed Zeolite
【摘要】 以天然沸石为原料,经Mg、Al盐化学改性制得改性沸石,利用改性沸石处理含磷废水。探讨了沸石用量、废水酸度、吸附时间、废水含磷浓度等因素对除磷效果的影响。结果表明,改性时沸石、氯化镁、氯化铝三者质量比为2︰3︰1,处理100 mL含磷废水时沸石用量为1.5 g,废水pH为4~11,吸附时间为15 min,废水含磷(以P计)60 mg/L以下时,磷的去除率达99%以上。吸附符合Freundlich等温方程,吸附总速率常数ka=0.3736。
【Abstract】 Take natural zeolite as raw material,to handle phosphide-containing wastewater,after the chemistry property-changed with the magnesium salt and aluminum salt.In this paper,the zeolite dosage,wastewater acidity,adsorb time,the density of phosphide-containing wastewater etc,these influence factors on the phosphates removal capacity were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of zeolite,magnesium chloride and aluminum chloride was 2︰3︰1,the zeolite was 1.5 g,waste water pH was 4~11,adsorption time was 15 min,the density of phosphide-containing wastewater was 60 mg/L,the phosphates removal rate could reach 99%.Adsorption process accorded with Freundlich Isothermal Equation and the adsorption rate constant ka=0.3736.
