低温偶氮二甲酰胺系列产品的研究及应用

【摘要】 用复配方法制备低温系列偶氮二甲酰胺,并分析复配剂的作用机理。通过添加ZnO等,偶氮二甲酰胺分解温度可降到180℃;通过添加硝基脲等,偶氮二甲酰胺分解温度可降到140℃;通过添加硝基尿素锌盐等,偶氮二甲酰胺分解温度可降到120℃;通过添加超细白碳黑,偶氮二甲酰胺分散性能得到提高。复配后的偶氮二甲酰胺最低发泡温度降到120℃、分散性能好、不降低发气量,发泡倍率稳定。

【Abstract】 The low temperature series azodicarbonamide was prepared by compound method,and the functional mechanism of compound agents was analyzed.The decomposition temperature of azodicarbonamide was decreased into 180℃ by adding ZnO.The decomposition temperature of azodicarbonamide was decreased into 140℃ by adding nitrourea.The decomposition temperature of azodicarbonamide was decreased into 120℃ by adding zinc salt of nitro-urea.The dispersing character of azodicarbonamide was improved by adding ultrafine SiO2.The blowing ratio low temperature of azodicarbonamide was decreased into 120℃ after compound,the dispersing character was good,the air producing amount was not deceased and the blowing ratio was stable.
