【摘要】 随着我国国有企业产权改革进程的推进,越来越多的国有企业为了生存选择了民营化。在国有企业民营化的过程中,其所涉及的利益群体均有各自不同的利益取向。本文将分析国企产权改革中各利益群体的利益选择,并就其中最关键的一环即产权转让进行博弈分析,对其所涉及到的博弈方包括政府、购买者及寻租者基于不同的利益取向构建三方博弈模型。根据模型求解结果对政府如何减少产权转让中的国有资产流失等问题提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of ownership reformation of our country’s stated-owned enterprises being advancing,more and more stated-owned enterprises choose to privatize.In the process of privatization of stated-owned enterprises, involved interest colonies possessed each interest tropisms.This article analyzed interest tropisms of each interest colonies in the reformation of the stated-owned enterprises.Then we analyzed ownership transfer which is the key in the process of ownership reformation,and constructed three-sides game model of involved game sides including government,purchaser and rent seeker.At last,we will give some advises on problems that how to induce stated owned assets for government in the process of ownership reformation according to result of the model.更多还原
