提前期、构建成本和短缺量滞后供给率均可控的EOQ模型

【摘要】 经典库存模型通常将提前期和构建成本视为不可控制的,但在现实库存系统中,经常可以通过追加投资来缩短提前期和降低构建成本。当仓库缺货时,为获得更多订单以及补偿顾客因滞后供给遭受的损失,供应商会给予一定价格折扣。考虑短缺量滞后供给率与价格折扣和缺货期间库存水平相关,提出了一种需求为正态分布且提前期和构建成本均可控的EOQ模型,对模型的最优解进行了理论分析。数值算例和灵敏度分析显示,短缺量滞后供给系数和缺货概率对采购批量和年期望库存总成本的影响较大,资本年收益率和投资因子对构建成本的影响较大。

【Abstract】 Lead time and setup cost are regarded as uncontrollable in traditional inventory models,whereas in practice,lead time can be shortened and setup cost can be reduced by means of additional investment.When an item is in short supply,the supplier may give customers a price discount on the stock-out item to compensate for the inconvenience of backorder and get more orders.On the assumption that backlogging rate is dependent on the inventory level during shortage and price discount,this paper proposes an EOQ model with controllable lead time and setup cost,where the demand follows a normal distribution.The existence of optimal solution to make the expected annual cost minimal is proved.It is showed that backlogging parameter and probability of shortage have considerable impact on the order quantity and the expected annual total cost,while annual capital return rate and investment factor produce great effect on setup cost.
