【摘要】 主要对计数型质量控制图的特性进行了研究,设计了单位缺陷数服从Poisson分布的EWMA控制图,并对其进行了具有可变抽样区间的动态设计,利用Markov chain方法计算出了过程开始处于平稳状态时VSI Poisson EWMA控制图的AATS,以及不平稳状态时VSI Poisson EWMA控制图的ATS,通过实例验证了不论是过程开始处于不平稳状态还是平稳状态,VSI Poisson EWMA控制图的控制效果都优于静态Poisson EWMA控制图。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the control chart about counting quality characteristic is investigated.The Poisson EWMA control chart is proposed.And the Poisson EWMA control chart with variable sampling intervals is constructed.The Markov chain method is used to calculate the average time to signal of the zero-state VSI Poisson EWMA control chart and the adjusted average time to signal of the steady-state VSI Poisson EWMA control chart.The results indicate that VSI Poisson EWMA control chart is excel to the conventional control chart in zero-state and in steady-state.更多还原
