岩土工程中的数据挖掘和知识发现探讨
Discussion on the Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery in the Database of Geotechnical Engineering
【摘要】 计算机技术在岩土工程领域的广泛应用,使得激增的数据背后隐藏着许多重要的信息。目前的数据库系统可以高效地实现数据的数据录入、查询、统计等功能,但无法发现数据中存在的深层关系、潜在规则和知识。本文主要简述了岩土工程中常用数据挖掘的对象、任务、挖掘技术及挖掘步骤。简要地分析了不同数据挖掘技术和方法的优缺点,总结了目前国内外岩土工程勘察、设计、施工以及监测数据挖掘技术的研究现状及应用中存在的问题。针对岩土工程知识系统的不确定性、模糊性和随机性,探讨了数据挖掘技术在岩土工程中的应用和发展方向。
【Abstract】 With the abroad application of computer technique in geotechnical engineering,more and more data have been produced from soil tests,the monitoring of displacement or stress,the damage detection and so on.The database system is efficient for the work of data input,inquiring and statistics etc,but it(couldn’t) discover the implied relationship or knowledge between the data.The objects,tasks,methods and process of data mining in geotechnical engineering are briefly introduced,and the applications and the shortcomings of data mining in geotechnical investigation,design,construction and monitoring are summarized.Taking into account the inherent uncertainty,the strong faintness and the randomicity in geotechnical engineering,the application and the prospect of data mining in geotechnical engineering are discussed.
