基于RBF神经网络的轧辊偏心补偿控制
Control of Roll Eccentricity Compensation Based on RBF Network
【摘要】 轧辊偏心是影响轧制过程中带材厚度精度的重要因素,因此轧辊的偏心补偿控制一直是冷轧板厚度控制系统AGC的重要组成部分。为了减少轧辊偏心对带材厚度精度的影响,提出了一种基于径向基(RBF)神经网络的轧辊偏心补偿控制方式,并应用于河北中钢五机架冷连轧的生产现场,提高了整个系统的厚度控制精度。
【Abstract】 The roll eccentricity is the main factor influencing the thickness of strip product.Therefore,the compensation control of roll eccentricity is always an important part of automatic gauge control(AGC) for cold strip rolling.To reduce the influence of roll eccentricity on thickness of strip,a method of roll eccentricity compensation based on RBF network is introduced which has been used on 5-stand cold tandem mill at Hebei Zhonggang Group.It was approved that the method is effective to improve the thickness control precision.
