广西玉米骨干自交系的SSR分群及杂种优势模式分析

【摘要】 本研究对广西14个玉米骨干自交系与5个代表国内主要杂种优势群的普通玉米标准测验种(黄早四、Mo17、丹340、掖478和B73)进行SSR分析,旨在探讨广西玉米骨干系跟国内5大玉米杂种优势群之间的遗传关系。结果表明,交51、HI、武125与黄早四同属于四平头群;苏BC、钦8、5公与丹340同属于旅大红骨群;M9、双M9与Mo17同属于兰卡斯特群;CML165、陕72-1-1-1、7239、南60-1与B73同属于瑞德群;花83-2、CML161与掖478同属于PN群。本研究还分析了广西的玉米杂种优势模式,结果表明广西玉米育种中应用的杂种优势模式主要为"兰卡斯特群×旅大红骨群"和"非瑞德群×瑞德群"。研究结果将对当地今后选育新型玉米自交系和杂交组合具有重要指导意义。

【Abstract】 The objectives in this studies were to make clear the genetic relationships between the 14 maize inbred lines in Guangxi and five heterotic groups in China.14 maize inbred lines in Guangxi and 5 domestic temperate common testers that represent five heterotic groups used dominantly in China were classified with SSR markers. The results showed that Jiao51,HI,Wu125 and Huangzaosi were assigned to Sipingtou group,SuBC,Qin8,5Gong and Dan340 to Luda Red cob group,Mg,Shuang M9 and Mo17 to Lancaster group,CML165,Shah72-1-1-1, 7239,Nan60-1 and B73 to Reid group,and Hua83-2,CML161 and Ye478 to PN group.The maize heterotic pat- terns in Guangxi were also analysed which indicated that two main heterosis models in Guangxi should be em- ployed by,"Lancaster group×Luda Red cob group"and"nun-Reid groupxReid group".Obiviously this research might provide a valuable guidance for local maize hybrid breeding program in the future.
