小鼠早期胚胎肢体发育中的视黄酸诱导的视黄酸代谢
Retinoic acid induced retinoic acid degradation in the early limb development of mouse
【摘要】 给怀孕10 d的小鼠胃灌流视黄酸(100 mgRA/kg体重)6和24 h后,对视黄酸合成酶基因Raldh2和代谢酶基因Cyp26a1,Cyp26b1在胚胎肢体的表达进行了分析.Cyp26a1和Cyp26b1在灌流6 h,表达增加;灌流24 h,表达恢复到正常水平.Raldh2在此时间段表达降低.这些结果提示:在小鼠早期胚胎肢体发育中,存在视黄酸诱导的视黄酸代谢.
【Abstract】 The expression of Raldh2,Cyp26a1 and Cyp26b1 in the limb of mouse embryo was examined after the pregnant mouse at E10 was treated by retinoic acid(RA)(m(RA)/m(body weight)100=mg/kg): by gavage for 6 and 24 h.The expression of Cyp26a1 and Cyp26b1 increased after 6 h RA supplement,and returned to normal level after 24 h RA supplement.The expression of Raldh2 decreased during RA treatment.These results indicate that retinoic acid induced degradation of retinoic acid exists in the early limb development of mouse.
