【摘要】 观察健脾补肾汤对正常和血虚大鼠脾淋巴细胞产生集落刺激因子(CSFS)的影响。用小鼠骨髓细胞测定正常和血虚大鼠脾条件培养液(SCM)和混合SCM中CSFs水平。结果显示健脾补肾汤能显著促进和提升正常和血虚大鼠脾淋巴细胞产生CSFs的水平(P<0.01)。结论:健脾补肾汤具有补肾生髓化血、健脾益气生血的药理作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of Jianpi Bushen decoction on the colony stimulating factors (CSFs) produced by splenic lymphocytes in rats with normal and blood deficiency.The CSFs levels in splenic condi- tioned medium (SCM) and mixed SCM of rats with normal state and blood deficiency were measured by bone marrow cell of mice.The results showed that the levels of CSFs can be significantly promoted in normal rats and blood deficient rats treated with Jianpi Bushen decoction.Conclusion:Strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney is able to help produce bone marrow and reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood.更多还原
