OA护膝对实验性骨关节炎MDA、SOD和NO的影响
Eeffect of OA Kneepad on MDA,SOD and NO of Experimental Knee Osteoarthritis
【摘要】 探讨OA护膝对兔实验性骨关节炎MDA、SOD和NO的影响,选择日本大耳白兔60只,随机分为6组,分别测定关节滑膜及血液MDA、SOD、NO浓度。结果表明OA护膝可以有效抑制氧自由基、NO的生物效应,从而延缓关节软骨的退变。
【Abstract】 To examine the effect of OA kneepad on MDA,SOD and NO of OA,60 Japanese white rabbits were divided randomly into six groups,and the concentrations of MDA,SOD and NO in joint synovium and blood were measured.The results showed that OA kneepad had an effect to restrain the oxygen free radical and NO,and delay the recessive process of articular cartilage.
