【摘要】 详细介绍了Y-4QX射线衍射仪的主要故障及排除方法,对衍射仪的一些软硬件缺陷提出了改进意见。

【Abstract】 Major troubles of Y-4Q X-ray diffractometer and their elmination method are described.Some hard- ware and software defects of the instrument are pointed out and improvement proposals are presented.
