【Abstract】 The existence of mtDNA heteroplasmy made it complicated to explain the analysis results of mtDNA of forensic biological samples.The article reviewed the possible formation mechanism,distribution and genetic characters,as well as the detecting and quantifying methods of mtDNA heteroplsmy.The application value of mtDNA heteroplasmy in forensic medicine was also discussed.更多还原
