【摘要】 目的:探讨影响计算机X线摄影(CR)图像质量的因素及优化图像质量的方法。方法:分析2000例不同部位计算机X线摄影成像的技术参数、伪影、IP板使用方式及后处理方法,并与计算机X线摄影的图像质量标准作对照研究,分析影响图像质量的各相关因素。结果:2000例中甲级片1720张,乙级片182张,丙级片98张。乙级与丙级片共280张,其中因摄影技术不当所致141张,伪影引起65张,后处理不当74张。结论:计算机X线摄影图像质量受多种因素影响,合理设置参数及采取各种针对措施能有效提高图像质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inspect the influential factors of the imaging quality in computed radiography and find the methods to improve the imaging quality.Methods:The imaging parameters,artifacts,the application of IP plate and the post-processing techniques of 2000 pictures from various parts of human body,were studied,and compared with images from X-ray computed radiography.The relationship bwtween the influential factors and imaging quality was researched.Results:In all of 2000 pictures,the count of superior,medium and inferior imaging quality pictures were 1720,182 and 98 respectively.The influential factors of image quality include imaging parameters,artifact and the posprocessing techniques.Conclusion:The imaging quality of computed radiography was affected by various factors.The optimized imaging parameters and the application of various corresponding measures could improve the imaging quality.更多还原
