惰性气体蒸发—冷凝法制备尺寸可控的纯稀土纳米粉末
Preparation of pure rare-earth nanoparticles with controllable sizes by inert-gas condensation
【摘要】 利用惰性气体蒸发—冷凝法制备了系列纯稀土金属的纳米粉末颗粒。通过分析稀土金属的蒸气压随温度的变化特征,指出了适合用惰性气体蒸发—冷凝法制备纳米粉末的稀土金属的种类。以Sm、Nd、Gd纯稀土金属为例,用透射电镜观测了稀土金属纳米颗粒的形貌及晶体结构,并测算了平均粒径及粒径分布。
【Abstract】 A series of nanoparticles of pure rare-earth metals have been prepared by the method of inert-gas condensation.By analyzing the changes of the vapor pressures of the rare-earth metals with the temperature,kinds of the rare-earth metals suitable to be prepared by the technique of inert-gas condensation were proposed.Using Sm,Nd and Gd as the examples,the morphologies and the crystal structures have been observed and analyzed by the transmission electron microscopy,and the mean nanoparticle sizes and the size distributions are provided.
