低分子肝素对重度子痫前期患者肾功能保护作用的临床探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨低分子肝素对重度子痫前期患者肾功能的保护作用及相关各项指标的变化。方法选取2005年11月~2006年10月在我院住院的重度子痫前期患者60例,分为观察组30例(在常规治疗方法同时加用低分子肝素4000IU皮下注射),对照组30例(常规治疗)。观察两组血浆蛋白、尿蛋白、肾功能及相关临床指标变化。结果观察组较对照组血浆蛋白增加,尿量增加,尿蛋白总量减少,肾功能有好转,自觉症状改善;两组产后出血量无明显差异。结论低分子肝素对重度子痫前期患者的肾脏功能有保护作用,可有效改善治疗效果。低分子肝素对母儿安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of low-molecular-weight-heparin (LMWH) in protecting renal function and changing the related markers in severe preeclampsia patients.Methods A total of 60 pregnancies with severe pre-eclampsia who diagnosed from November 2005 to October 2006 in Wei Fang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were divided into two groups: 30 cases in the study group (who received daily LMWH 4 000 IU which combined with routine therapies) and 30 cases in the control group (who received the routine therapies only). The increased levels of the plasma protein and urinary volume and the decreased amount of the urinary protein were observed as well as the improvement of the renal function and relieving of the patients’ symptoms.Results There were more increase in plasma protein and urinary volume and more decrease of proteinuria were observed in the study group than that in the control group. In addition, greater improvement of the renal function and symptoms relieving were also found in the study group. While there was no significant difference of the volume of postpartum hemorrhage was detected between the two groups.Conclusions LMWH can protect the renal function in the women with severe pre-eclampsia and better the treatment. Moreover, the LMWH is safe to the pregnancies and the fetus.
