复方冬虫夏草对大鼠镉致肾毒性的改善作用

【摘要】 目的探讨冬虫夏草(虫草)及其与维生素C(VitC)、核酸组成的复方液对大鼠镉致肾毒性的改善作用。方法清洁级SD大鼠24只,按体质量配伍分3组:单染镉组、虫草干预组、复方虫草干预组。3组以CdCl2(以Cd计1mg/kg体质量)皮下注射染毒,每周5次,共12次;染毒后虫草干预组给予虫草液,复方虫草干预组给予复方虫草液(虫草+核酸+VitC),单染镉组以等量蒸馏水,灌胃,连续3周。结果虫草干预组与复方虫草干预组血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)均明显低于单染镉组(P<0.05),复方虫草干预组血清BUN显著低于虫草干预组(P<0.05);虫草干预组与复方虫草干预组血镉、肾镉含量均明显低于单染镉组(P<0.05);干预组每日尿镉排出量均明显高于单染镉组(P<0.05);复方虫草干预组肾镉含量显著低于虫草干预组(P<0.05)。结论虫草对镉中毒性肾损伤有较明显的改善作用,联合核酸和VitC效果更佳,机制可能与促进镉排出有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of cordyceps(chinese caterpillar fungus) and mixture of cordyceps with vitamin C(Vit C) and nucleic acid on Cadmium-induced nephrotoxicity.Methods 24 SD rats were divided into 3 groups:control cordyceps,and mixture of cordyceps with Vit C and nucleic acid,each of eight.The rats in Cadmium exposure group,cordyceps intervention group,mixture cordyceps intervention group were pretreated intragastrically with distilled water,cordyceps,mixture of cordyceps with Vit C and nucleic acid intervention for 3 weeks after subcutaneous injecting of CdCl2(Cd2+ 1 mg/kg) for 2 weeks,five times per week.Results(1)Serum blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr) level of cordyceps intervention group,mixture cordyceps intervention group were lower than that of Cadmium exposure group(P<0.05),the BUN level of mixture cordyceps intervention group was lower than that of cordyceps intervention group.(2)Serum and kidney Cadmium concentration of cordyceps intervention and mixture cordyceps intervention group were lower than that of Cadmium exposure group(P<0.05),and the urine Cadmium excertion of the two group were higher than the control(P<0.05).The kidney Cadmium concentration of mixture cordyceps intervention group was lower than that of cordyceps intervention group.Conclusion Cordyceps can reduce Cadmium nephrotoxicity,the improvememt were more obviously when cordyceps combined with Vit C and nucleic acid.The potential neuroprotective mechanisms may relate to its prompting Cadmium excretion.
