【摘要】 目的探讨福建汉族人群结合珠蛋白(Hp)基因的群体遗传特点及4个年龄组人群的特点和差异。方法应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术,分离血清中的Hp,分析群体中的Hp基因频率和基因型频率,比较4个年龄组群体间差异。结果福建汉族Hp1基因频率为0.340,其中儿童组0.307,青年组0.338,中年组0.363,老年组0.383。儿童组Hp1基因频率显著低于中年组和老年组(P<0.05)。Hp0-0型频率0.026,4个年龄组分别为0.032,0.046 0.014,0.014。结论福建汉族人群Hp1基因频率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study populational genetical features(characteristics) of haptoglobin(Hp) gene by investigating four different age groups of Fujian Han nationality.Methods To analyze the phenotypes of haptoglobin of four different age groups of Fujian Han nationality population by using polyacryamide gel eletrophoresis.Results The frequency of Hp1 in the population of Fujian Han nationality was 0.340,in which children,youth,middle age and elder group were 0.307,0.338,0.363 and 0.383,respectively.The Hpo-o phenotype frequency was 0.026,in which four age groups were 0.032,0.046,0.014 and 0.014,respectively.Conclusion The frequency of Hp1 gene is rising with age growing in the population of Fujian Han nationality.The frequency of Hpo-o phenotype is highest in the group of middle age,and then trends to drop with age growing.更多还原
