【Abstract】 In recent years,crime of passion, one of the emotional crimes committed by perpetrators in the university students, is a special but high rate crime. It poses serious harm to our society. To ensure a healthy development of the university students and maintain the stability of social environment, it is an urgent issue needed to be addressed. We need to find out how to effectively predict and prevent the crime of passion, based on the analysis of its causes and characteristics, therefore to eliminate or minimise the crime by implementing correct measures.更多还原
