油页岩渣在丁苯橡胶中的应用研究

【摘要】 磨细油页岩渣(岩渣)以基本配方加入到丁苯橡胶中,结果发现:它的填充对丁苯橡胶拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、硬度及扯断伸长率的提高,稍低于填充通用炭黑时,但均优于填充轻钙的和空白试样;对扯断永久变形的影响,稍高于其中任一体系;而对撕裂强度体系的提高,都高于通用炭黑和轻钙填充体系。故岩渣可部分或全部替代通用炭黑,用于丁苯橡胶的增强。

【Abstract】 This article has discussed the mechanical properties of vulcanizate after grinding oil shale residue was added by the rubber standard recipe.The results show that,the effects in tensile strength,300% modulus at a definite elongation,hardness and break elongation,the performance of oil shale residue vulcanizate is a little lower than general purpose furnace black,but is higher than PCC and blank system.It is higher than any one in the set after break system;and in the tear strength system,the performance of oil shale residue vulcanizate is a little higher than general purpose furnace black one,so the oil shale residue can replace partial or all general purpose furnace black as filler in the styrene butadiene rubber.
