氟碳清漆超临界CO2喷涂工艺的研究

【摘要】 本文测定了超临界CO2(SC-CO2)-氟碳清漆-稀释剂拟三元体系相图,用L9(34)正交表考察了温度、压力、CO2含量对含有超临界CO2涂料液雾化效果和喷雾锥角的影响.结果表明,当温度低于70℃、压力大于10MPa、CO2含量小于32%时均能使喷涂液处在稳定单相区,随着温度、压力和CO2含量的增大,雾化粒子变细,喷雾锥角变大.在14MPa、CO2含量32%(wt)和60℃下喷涂,其涂膜主要性能均达到了国家标准,喷涂过程VOC值降低了43.5%.

【Abstract】 The mimic ternary phase behavior of SC-CO2-fluorocarbon resin-thinner was studied,the influences of temperature,pressure and CO2 content on the magnitude of atomization particles and spraying angle were investigated by using L9(34)orthogonal experiments.The experimental results indicated that Temperature was under 70℃,pressure was above 10MPa, content of CO2 was under 32%,which made the coating in the sigle-phase region,the atomization particles were smaller and the spraying angle was bigger along with the higher temperature, pressure and CO2 content.Spraying under condition of 14MPa,60℃,CO2:30%,the capabilities of coating film were accorded with the standard of the state,the VOC of coating reduced 43.5%.
