微区高温高压下金属-纳米团簇原位生长低维碳的研究
In-situ synthesis of Low-dimentional Nanocarbon in HTHP microzone
【摘要】 采用脉冲激光轰击浸于液相中固体靶的新方法.成功制得低维纳米碳,采用透射电镜观察产物的形貌。结果表明催化剂及掺杂物的种类与用量、液相组成及其流动或静止等制备因素均对产物的形态和数量有很大影响。
【Abstract】 The method for successive preparation of low-dimentional nanocarbon by laser ablation at the interface of target submerged in liquid is adopted in this article.The morphology and structure of product was exeminationed by TEM.the result show that the type and use level of catalyst. compositon of liquid,static or flowing liquid can affect produt greatly.
