多效唑对椪柑光合特性的影响

【摘要】 以椪柑为试材,研究了多效唑对叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明:施用多效唑能提高椪柑叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr);随着人工光源光强的增大,气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(C i)均呈下降的趋势,但仍高于对照。

【Abstract】 Ponkan was used to study the effects of Paclobutrazol on leaf photosynthetic characteristics.The results showed that the two Paclobutrazol treatments can increase the chlorophyll content,the leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and transpiration ratio(Tr),which were higher than control values.With the artificial light intensity grown,the stomata conductance(Gs) and the intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) of three treatments all showed the downward trend,but the control values were less than the Paclobutrazol treatment.
