非线性控制方法在AMT起步控制中的应用
Application of Non-linear Control Method in AMT Start-up Process
【摘要】 在汽车起步控制方法和影响因素研究的基础上,通过dSPACE实验台进行不同控制方法的实验效果对比分析,提出了非线性电控机械自动变速器(AMT)汽车起步控制方法。与以往的线性控制方法相比,非线性控制方法使节气门开度的增加适应了离合器位置变化,减小了发动机受到的冲击,达到了使车辆平稳起步的目的,解决了在实验中遇到的车辆起步困难的问题,保证了后续控制系统开发工作的顺利进行,为AMT汽车的自主研制做好第一步工作。
【Abstract】 The start-up control is the key research of AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission).Based on the research of start-up control method and influence factor,experiment effect studies of different control method on dSPACE are done.A non-linear method is proposed.Compared with the linear method,the non-linear control method make the relation of clutch position and throttle opening more harmonious and the engine impact reduces,steady start-up is achieved.This control method has solved the experimental difficulty and also has guaranteed the work smoothly carries on.It is provided a valid good beginning for whole vehicle independent development.
