车用风扇及换热器气动性能试验台设计与试制
The Design of Test-bed for Aerodynamic Performance of Automobile Cooling Fan and Radiator
【摘要】 本风室试验台通过采用5个喷嘴组合,有效地保证了整个风量范围的测量精度。风室采用可移动的低噪声辅助风机箱,满足了风室进气、出气试验的类型转换的要求。本风室试验系统的测试与控制程序是在Labview平台下实现的,具有自动和手动两种功能。
【Abstract】 The five different nozzles are applied to effectively ensure the measurement accuracy over the whole flow rate range in this flow box test-bed. The mobile and lower-noise additional boxes are used to meet the requirement of conversion between inflow-mode test and outflow-mode test. The measurement and control procedure of the test system of this flow box are based on Labview software and both the automatic mode and manual mode are available.
