红螯光壳螯虾卵黄发生的超微结构研究

【摘要】 利用透射电镜研究红螯光壳螯虾的卵黄发生过程.结果表明,有多种细胞器参与卵黄发生,其中核糖体、内质网、高尔基体等具有较强合成作用,在卵黄发生早期生成卵黄物质及卵黄原颗粒,但这些胞器在整个卵黄发生过程中数量较少;而溶酶体、线粒体等数量较多且发达,溶酶体通过与卵黄颗粒融合参与卵黄形成;线粒体参与卵黄颗粒形成的同时在整个卵黄发生过程中还起到供能作用.红螯光壳螯虾卵黄发生具有内源和外源双重来源,在卵黄发生的早期主要是内源性卵黄发生,在中、后期对卵黄形成和积累起主要作用的是外源性的卵黄合成.

【Abstract】 The vitellogenesis of the oocytes in Cherax quadricarinatus was examined by electron microscopy.The results indicate a dual origin of the yolk,but the exogenous yolk was more than endogenous yolk.All kinds of organelles were involved in vitellogenesis,organelles which have strong anabolic effect were lack of amount,they were concerned with the formation of endogenous yolk and precursors of yolk granule,such as ribosome,endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus.But organelles involved in exogenous yolk formation were abundance and developed,lysosome engulf and digest inclusion to form yolk granules with endoplasmic reticulum and other organelles;aside from offering energy for other organelles,lots of mitochondrion also participate in the formation of yolk granules.Though the endogenous yolk formation takes part in the primary vitellogenesis and active vitellogenesis,the exogenous yolk formation played the most important role in the whole process vitellogenesis,especially in active vitellogenesis and later vitellogenesis.
