【摘要】 目的研究一把伞南星水浸液的灭螺活性。方法测试水浸液作用后钉螺的死亡率,用直线回归法进行量效和时效分析。结果一把伞南星水提物灭螺的量效和时效关系分别为Y=95.86D-101.24,和Y= 20.68T-10.04,LC 90的理论剂量为68.34 mg/L,60 mg/L理论使用时间为4.78d。结论一把伞南星水浸液具有较强的灭螺活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the Molluscicidal effect of the extract of Arisaema erubescens Schott against On- comdania hupensis.Methods The mortality of the snail was calculated,and the dose-effect and time-effect were analyzed by regression analysis.Results The dose-efect and time-efect could be expressed by Y=95.86D-101.24 and Y= 20.68T-10.04 respectively.The dose of LC 90 was 68.34 mg/L and,the time in 60 mg/L concentration was 4.78 d. Conclusion The extract of A.erubescens has a strong efficacy against O.hupansis.更多还原
