【摘要】 目的探讨体表胃肠起搏器治疗术后功能性胃排空障碍的疗效。方法将我院2004年1月～2006年12月收治的术后功能性胃排空障碍的22例随机分成A组(12例)和B组(10例)。A组予体表胃肠起搏器治疗,B组予常规治疗,比较两组胃动力恢复时间。结果A组胃动力恢复时间为(13.2±4.7)d,B组胃动力恢复时间为(22.5±6.2)d,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论体表胃肠起搏器能有效治疗术后功能性胃排空障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of surface gastrointestinal pacemaker for the patients with postsurgical functional delayed gastric emptying.Methods Twenty-two patients with postsurgical functional delayed gastric emptying treated in our hospital from Jan.2004 to Dec.2006 were randomly divided into group A(12 patients)and group B(10 patients).The patients in group A were treated with the surface gastrointestinal pacemaker,and those in group B were subjected to the routine therapy.The recovery time of gastric dynamia between two groups was compared.Results The recovery time of gastric dynamic in group A and group B was(13.2±4.7)days and(22.5±6.2)days respectively with the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surface gastrointestinal pacemaker can treat the patients with postsurgical functional delayed gastric emptying effectively.更多还原
