【摘要】 针对社科类期刊不同于科技期刊的特殊性,指出社科类期刊要在众多学术刊物中办成有影响的刊物,就必须办出特色,要有自己的风格,要在创办特色栏目和提高编辑的思维创新上下功夫。最后提出了办刊特色的途径:将特色栏目发展成品牌,就必须提高编辑的自身素质,努力创建学习型组织,积极发挥团队精神,完善编辑的奖惩制度机制和计算机的使用能力。同时,还应加大刊物的宣传力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the peculiarity of jouraals of social sciences in contrast with journals of science and technology,the paper has pointed out that journals of social sciences should form their distinctive features and styles and place great emphasis on the special columns and the improvement of editor’s creative thinking.Finally,the paper has put forward several ways of forming the distinctive features: special columns should be developed into brand names;the quality of editors should be improved;a learning-style organization should be set up;the spirit of teamwork should be stimulated;mechanism of editor’s rewards and punishments should be perfected;capacity of editors’ diffusing information should be mastered;and the journals should be further publicized.更多还原
