【Abstract】 Deep links are widely used in Internet over the world,and on the heels of which,the disputes and the litigations follow.The decisions or ad- judications of the deep link’s cases are often different based on their dissimilar criterions and(or)due to the lack of current law norms.But.the use of deep links will be more reasonable and legitimate,in the future,though the progresses of Internet technologies,our understanding in the properties of Internet and the maturity of the law system.更多还原
