【摘要】 通过对传统的矿业权管理缺点的分析,提出基于业务GIS组件的矿业权管理系统,明确了系统主要功能,设计了系统总体结构框架,探讨了系统的运行模式、软硬件结构、数据管理模式等问题,实现了基于全网络的、全组件的、集成的、以空间数据库为核心的、可辅助决策的现代矿业权管理信息系统。该系统在茂名市国土资源系统建设过程中得到初步应用,结果表明基于业务GIS组件的矿业权管理信息系统将会在矿业权管理信息中有更加广泛的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through an analysis of the deficiency of the traditional mining right management,this paper advocates the establishment of mining right management system based on professional GIS modules.The paper determines the main function and designs the systematic overall frame of the system,discusses the operation mode,data management mode and other problems,and then puts the system to use.Applied in the establishment of the Land Resource System of Maoming City,the mining right management system has found a wide use.更多还原
