电子设备热控制仿真技术述评

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的迅猛发展,计算传热学及其在工业领域的应用技术在电子设备的热设计与仿真方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。电子设备热控制仿真技术主要是借助计算软件模拟电子设备中热参数的分布特性,从而帮助设计者更好、更快地决策产品的散热方案。文中对电子设备热控制仿真技术的基本方法和步骤,如:建立物理和数学模型、创建网格、离散方程的确立及其求解,以及解的分析和处理等问题进行了论述。此外,文章对当前热控制仿真技术领域的若干问题,例如:如何配备必要的实验手段开展基础性研究工作;如何将电子、传热、机械、电磁兼容等相关技术的应用软件协调成统一平台进行仿真;如何充分利用公共的网络资源获取丰富的热仿真模型以及专业技术人才的培养等问题展开了讨论。

【Abstract】 With the fast development of computer technology,the Numerical Heat Transfer(NHT) and its application in engineering fields play more and more important roles for electronic equipments thermal control.The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) simulation technique in electronic equipments thermal control uses CFD software to emulate the distribution characters of thermal parameters in electronic equipments,so as to help the designers achieve a more reasonable scheme in the shorter time.The basic methods and main steps of the simulation technique are discussed,such as the building of physical and mathematical models;the generation of meshes,the establishment and resolution of dispersive equations,as well as the post processing of results.Some important issues in this field,such as how to equip some required facilities with thermal engineers in order to do some basic experimental works,how to coordinate different emulation techniques including electronic,heat transfer,mechanical and electromagnetic compatibility etc.into a whole platform,how to download the abundant models by means of internet and how to educate more excellent professional engineers etc,are also discussed.Due to the great gap on CFD emulation technique and on thermal control of electronic equipments between china and western advanced countries,there are lots of works to do for chinese educators and engineers.
