功率锰锌铁氧体材料的损耗分离
Loss separation of manganese zinc ferrites for power supplies
【摘要】 采用传统陶瓷工艺,制备了功率MnZn铁氧体材料。根据磁滞损耗、涡流损耗和剩余损耗与频率的关系,在Bm为50mT和200mT两种典型工作磁通密度下,对JPP—44、JPP—5两种典型低损耗MnZn铁氧体材料进行了损耗分离。结果表明:JPP—5材料的涡流损耗,最低可为JPP—44材料的1/10,而其磁滞损耗相当于甚至超过JPP—44材料,并深入分析了它们损耗组成不同的原因。
【Abstract】 MnZn ferrites for power supplies were prepared by conventional ceramic processing techniques . The hysteresis loss, eddy current loss and residual loss were separated from the total power loss of two types power loss MnZn ferrites JPP—44 and JPP—5 by extrapolating the PL/f-f plots. The power loss composition of JPP—44 material with low loss at middle frequency is very different from that of JPP—5 material with low loss at higher frequency. And the reason of the difference was also lucubrated.
