【摘要】 在目前社会主义新农村建设中,人们更多关注的是政策、模式、制约因素、村庄规划、生产发展、生活宽裕以及如何拆旧建新等问题,少有人涉及新农村建设中的环境问题。其实,新农村建设中的环境问题是一个重大的社会问题,它将直接影响到新农村建设的质量和成败,值得全社会去研究、关注。对目前农村环境保护方面存在的问题、产生原因、引发的后果进行分析研究后,提出了在社会主义新农村建设过程中要落实科学发展观、实行农业标准化、建立和完善农村污染监测网络和控制体系等保护农村环境的一系列对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the current construction of new socialist countryside,people pay more attention to developing its production,affluent life and how to dismantle the old buildings or how to set up the new ones etc.But few people are concerned about its environmental problem.In fact,this is a major social problem,which will directly affect its qualities and results,so it deserves us to study and concern.After studying the existing problems on its environmental protection,the reasons produced and the consequences caused,the paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to protect its environment,including how to implement Scientific Concept of Development,realize agricultural standardization,establish and improve its monitoring network of the pollution and the controlling system to avoid pollution during the process of its current construction.更多还原
