【摘要】 鸭病毒性肝炎(DVH)是由鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)引起雏鸭一种高度致死、高度传播性的病毒性传染病。该病以肝炎为主要特征,具有高发病率和高病死率。DHV分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型,3个型之间无交叉保护作用。Ⅰ型DHV呈世界性分布,并常和其他病毒、细菌混合感染,严重影响了养鸭业,造成了巨大的经济损失。文章对Ⅰ型DVH病原学、致病机理、分子生物学诊断技术和防控等方面进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Duck hepatitis virus(DHV) is the causative agent of duck viral hepatitis(DVH),a fatal and rapidly spreading viral infection of young ducklings.The DVH,characterized by hepatitis,resulted in high morbidity and mortality.Three serotypes of DHV(DHVⅠ-Ⅲ) have been described,and no antigenic relationships have been found among the three serotypes.DHV-Ⅰis most widely distributed in the world.Many viruses and bacteria co-infect with the DHV-Ⅰ,which causes great loss.The etiology,pathogenic mechanism,molecular biological diagnosis and precaution of the DVH-Ⅰ were summarized in this paper.更多还原
